Senator Toomey supports President Trump's proposal to cut taxes, spend on the military, and balance that with cuts to housing and fighting HIV/AIDS internationally. We told Senator Toomey, "you're killing us," and that we aren't afraid to "ACT UP, Fight Back, Fight AIDS." This time the coffin is empty, but if these budget cuts pass it's the ashes of loved ones that we'll be laying on Senator Toomey's doorstep.
